In attendance were Charles K0HNC, Jeanne KS0JG, Jed KD0JCG, Russell WX0RG, Dan K0FNI, Jerry KD0LWX, Dave WX0DH.

Treasurers report: $1478.04 in checking. Dan moved and Jerry seconded to approve the treasurers report.

Old business:
Russell reported on camp Hawk activity. The tower crew found our antenna loose, and they tightened as best they could. He is waiting for info from tower crew member Donavan Stiffler about tower activity.
The county is in the process of installing 800Mhz antennas. When finished, we should get control of their old UHF antenna and hardline for our system Fusion repeater. Our old coax and antenna will stay in place.

Field Day: East Lake, West Lake and Camp Hawk were all booked. Russell booked the Scout House in the Hillsboro City Park. It has kitchen facilities and ample room for antennas. Cost is $50 per day. Russell presented this location to the McPherson and Hutchinson clubs at their meetings. Hutchinson may join our two clubs for FD and they are interested in participating our other events, especially the 100 mile run. They have flyers for some of their events this summer. The flyers will be posted on the club facebook page.

Web Site: Jordan is rebuilding the site from the ground up, with portals for club officers. He is working on it part time, so may take a while.

NVIS testing has ended, with satisfactory results.

Dave passed around plans for a 80/40M inverted Vee trap dipole that he plans to build.

Jeanne will notify ARRL about FD location and post NVIS links on Facebook page.

Dave suggested having a banner made for the club.

Russell is checking MCC bike ride. No route yet.

Jerry attended Chisholm Trail bike ride meeting. They will have 4 SAG stops. They may use MCC style signs instead of painting arrows on the street. They added a bike rodeo for kids. We only do comm and may have an operator ride with the rover. Charles, Jeanne, Jerry and Dave volunteered for SAGS.

Russell will check with Ultra Runners about comm for the 50M/50K run.

Mobray Metric bike ride date is Sunday July 17th.

Dan mentioned that Harvey county has Facebook page for EMS.

Jerry said the Kan/Okla repeater in Hutchinson is on 445.65 PL 103.5.

Dave moved and Dan seconded to adjourn at 7:37.
