Kent S read the minutes. Stan made a motion. Dave 2nd. Minutes were accepted as read.

Stan talked about the 13 Colonies Special Event that ran from July 1 thru July 6. All 13 states were well represented and he was able to work nearly if not all of them. He was very excited about how they had organized the event and the certificate that you could earn if you worked all 13 Colonies. He was able to get thru a pile-up to one of the stations.

Old Business:
Mowbray Metric:
Stan will try to equip the rovers with scanners so that they can monitor the 147.33 and listen for riders needing assistance and SAGS needing supplies. The week-end was the coolest of memory for Stan and they had few problems and and large number of riders took the 62 mile route. There were 125 partticipant in all.

September 21 is the MCC Bike ride. John looked up on the web when it was scheduled. The previous ride organizer has stepped down and the new organizer has not gotten up to speed of how previous years were handled.

Kansas Ultrarunners and the Falun Classic are usually the same day. This is a correction to previous minutes stating that the MCC and Falun Rides were on the same day..

Bob brought the updated rules with pictures of the two new stamps for the 2013 KS QSO Party. Now the web site rules match the PDF rules Bob has hosted on his Hesston College account. New sponsors are the Kansas City DX Club. As the the writing of the minutes a few plaques need sponsors.

Kent wrote a check for the Club sponsorship of the Kansas SSB plaque, $35.00.

Club funds: Checking Account: $869.04 Petty Cash: $31.00

Charles made a motion to adjourn, Jerry 2nd. Unanimous approval. Meeting adjourned at 8:00PM.
