The December minutes were read without correction.
Treasurer's Report: 782.09 + 105 = 880.09
Trustee Report: Bob has no news to report on the repeater.
Technician's Report: The Astron power supply died. Several power cycles worked to begin with, but it required resoldering connections to fix permanently. Thanks for Chance Cooper, N5NIQ, for the work! He is also hoping to put the old POWERLINK 443.01 repeater up near Zimmerdale, with linking to northern repeaters. The controller on the 146.61 repeater should support linking, if the club should decide to add linking capabilities.
Skywarn: Still don't have FAA approval for the antennas, but the Weather Service has decided to erect the tower without the antennas for now, and continue to work on getting FAA approval for the antennas.
Contests: Lee mentioned the North American QSO party today. Kent gave details about the Kansas QSO Party celebrating the 140th year of Kansas, January 27©28, 1800©1800 UTC, http://www.geocities.com/wa0ks/contest.html.
RACES: Annual Storm Spotter's Meeting still planned for March 6th, 7pm, Chisolm Middle School cafeteria, 900 E. First Street. Certification testing is still upcoming, and Lon will mail everyone information about the certification when a date is determined, as well as information about making new RACES membership cards.
Club Net: Kent will try to handle some of the club nets, but doesn't want to be the only one. There was some discussion about changing the meeting time and/or day, but decided to continue at 8pm Sundays for awhile longer.
Oscar 40: The satellite is up but it sick. Most of it's radios, including the 2m radio, were destroyed in some sort of internal explosion, and the satellite is spinning. Starting to work on Oscar 41. Search for "JPASS" on www.google.com for a good site with an interactive program showing all the HAM satellites.
Meeting adjourned 10:00am.
