The February 17, 2007 meeting was held in the Food Court at the Chisholm Trail Outlet and Retail Mall.  The meeting was called to order at 9:15am by President Mike Harvey.  Present were Roni Allen, Lee Buller, Lon Buller, Tom Dhooge, David Duerksen, David Godshall, Kent Harder, Marion Harper, Mike Harvey, Dan Inskeep, Bob Ogden, and Dennis Perry.

Minutes: The January Minutes were accepted without correction.

Treasurer's Added some dues ($105) and some petty cash ($5) into checking, leaving a total of $738.69 in checking and $40 in petty cash, totaling $778.69 in club funds.

Camp Hawk: It doesn't look like power has been run yet.

Railroad Interference: No interference has been observed in the last few weeks, so perhaps this problem has finally been resolved.

Repeater Linking: Mike installed the software and is in the process of configuring it.  He thinks it could be running in a few days.  The radios for the proposed Wichita remote link are available and Dennis Perry is working on finding a location for the Wichita link.  Perry explained some of the advantages of the remote input system, such as removing the signal loss introduced by the repeater's cans, allowing access from Wichita or other areas served by remote input links using HT's.

EOC: Weather has delayed fixing the HF antenna.

Field Day: Mike is going to see if Ron Farthing can bring his tower again.  Field Day is the third full weekend in June.  There was discussion about running off of a generator this year.  Marion offered his generator, and it will be used at least for the CW camper across the lake.

RACES: February 27th, Tuesday, there will be a RACES meeting at 7pm at the Newton EOC.

Weather Spotting:  The National Weather Service annual weather spotter's meeting will be March 8 at 6:30pm at the Chisholm Middle School.  This year it will be split into two parts, with overview the first hour and the more advanced topics in the second half for those who want to stay.

Club Equipment: We are compiling a list of club-owned equipment.  David has not yet sent an E-Mail to club members to start getting this list compiled.
